Rooms, beds and everyday questions.
- What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 16:00–21:00. Check-out is until 11:00.
- What kinds of rooms are there?
Mixed dormitories on the 3rd and 5th floors, a female dormitory on the 4th floor, and a private double room.
- Is there a female-only dormitory?
Yes. The 4th floor is a female dormitory, with 4-bed, 6-bed and 10-bed rooms.
- What does each bed have?
A privacy curtain, a reading light, a power outlet, a personal locker, a comfortable mattress and air conditioning.
- Can I leave my luggage?
Our staff can look after your luggage. Please ask at the front desk.
- Can the staff help with sightseeing?
Yes. Our multilingual staff are always happy to help you discover Tokyo.

Finding hostel DEN from the station.
- Where is hostel DEN?
Fujii Dai-2 Building, 4-13-8 Nihonbashi-Honcho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0023. Kodenmacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line is a short walk away.

- Can I hold an event at DEN?
You can send us an entry with your plan, date, number of people, budget and how you’d like to handle the rental fee.
- Are you hiring?
Yes. We’re looking for part-time staff for the front desk, cleaning and overnight shifts.
